Service plan memberships were developed as a new approach to E-bike ownership — focused on preventative maintenance, long-term reliability, and mobile service infrastructure.
At this time, operations are paused while the system continues to be refined and developed behind the scenes.
The goal is not simply to run a repair business, but to build a scalable service model that can integrate directly with manufacturers and create a higher standard for ownership support.
This concept remains active as an ongoing development project and field-tested framework for premium mobile e-bike service.

Service Plan-Membership
$39/month per Bike
The Service Plan Membership is a mobile maintenance system for qualifying Murf Electric Bikes.
Enrolled bikes receive one full annual service and access to ongoing support throughout the year.
This is not a general repair service. It's a maintenance program designed to keep specific bikes performing consistently over time. Membership keeps your bike in the system with exclusive benefits.
Annual Service (Included)
Scheduled within a 9-12 month interval.
One full "wheels off" service per year:
-Brake bleed (oil refresh)
-New Brake pads (Included)
-New chain (Included)
-full inspection and adjustment
-Deep clean

Ongoing Support (Between services)
Members can request additional service visits as-needed for bikes on plan:
-Adjustemnts
-Minor Issues
-Diagnostics
-Performance Concerns
We keep your bike running properly between annual services.


Flat repairs
Flats repairs are $20 for plan bikes only. We reserve daily time slots for quick turnaround. Book through our online service portal.
Parts and Wear Items
Tires and Brake rotors are replaced before they wear out and billed separately.
Members receive discounted pricing on these items.
Some components wear out and are replaced as needed including:
-Brake pads
-Drive chain components
Replacing these at preventive intervals drastically increase component life and avoids major repair.


Crash Work (Member Benefit)
This is not part of the maintenance plan, but is supported as a reduced rate.
If something breaks due to crash or damage:
-Labor is $50/hour (member rate)
-Parts outside of manufacture warranty are charged separately
What This Is Not...
This is not:
-A general repair shop
-A on-time service provider
-A service for all E-bike brands
This is a sctrucuted mobile maintenance system for specific E-bikes
