Service Plan Membership $39/month per bike

Built for consistency, not one-off repairs

This is not a general repair service

The Service Plan is a membership program designed to keep your bike running properly through scheduled maintenance and ongoing support.

Instead of reacting to problems, we manage wear proactively and maintain your bike to a defined standard over time.

How It Works

Step 1: Bike Enrollment

New bikes in box receive free enrollment and build! This lets us set the standard for the bike moving forward.

Qualified Bikes that are already in use must receive an enrollment service. Enrollment fee: $150

Once enrollment service is complete the bike is eligible for the $39/month service plan and enters the system.

Step 2: Annual service

Each enrolled bike receives one full "wheels off" service each year. Scheduled by member in advance between 9-12 months of enrollment service or previous annual service. This is not your average tune... this is a comprehensive and preventive service designed to extend the life of your bike as well as catch issues before they cause damage.

Annual Service Includes:

-Brake bleed oil refresh(yearly)

-New brake pads (yearly)

-New Chain (yearly)

-Drivetrain service, adjustment and/or replacement (as needed)

-Full system check and electrical run through

-Deep clean

Step 3: Ongoing Support

Between annual services, members can request and book support visits as needed on our online booking portal.

-Adjustments

-Minor issues

-Diagnostics

-Performance concerns

We keep your bike running properly year round. We factor these appointments into our system so turn around is quick and service stays premium.

Step 4: Flat Repairs

Flats repairs are $20 for plan bikes only. We reserve daily time slots for quick turnaround. Book through our online service portal.

supported, but outside the maintenance system.

Service Approach

Why this works:

Most Bikes are serviced after something wears out or fails.

This system works differently. Instead of repair, we maintain your bike to a high standard.

We replace key wear components before they reach failure, based on expected use and manufacture recommended service intervals.

-Brake pads and chains replaced proactively

-Brake system refreshed annually

-Tire and rotors replaced at correct intervals

If it's on the line at the time of annual service, it gets replaced. Your bike should reliably make it to the next annual service will little-to-no intervention. This prevents unnecessary wear, keeps performance consistent, and avoids large issues over time. If something unexpected comes up, we've got you covered!

*Service is governed by a service agreement provided at enrollment.

This system is designed around scheduled maintenance and ongoing support - not unlimited repair work.

We Proactively replace wear components and address issues early, rather than waiting for failures.

if something falls outside of normal maintenance, we'll clearly explain next steps and costs before proceeding.
